TRIMAAX continuously maintains an enviable position in welding of special metals including Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Copper Nickel, Incoloyand Titaniumetc.

TRIMAAX has QC team and it comprises a dedicated team of: - Multi-disciplined QC Engineers- Multi-disciplined QC inspectors - QC Document Controllers - NDT Service Providers with proven track records. Quality performances in all fields beyond expectation lead to completion of the project works on time or ahead of schedule and to focus on the specific needs of its clients and to lead QA System.

Quality Assurance

TRIMAAX QA team plan and instigate internal and external audits, periodical project quality audits and Vendor Evaluation works. Conduct Project Management review programs including collection analysis and reporting of project performance measures. Conduct Failure investigation works and provide recommendations. TRIMAAX followed its Quality Management System to the ISO 9001 and certified ISO 9001:2008.

TRIMAAX is in process of obtain ASME Authorization to use Code Stamp "U", "PP", "R" and 'NB' on pressure vessels and power piping manufactured / repaired and registered as per ASME codes. TRIMAAX accredited to use Code Stamp "S" on Power Boilers manufactured as per ASME sections.Certificate of Authority to use the Official API Monogram on manufactured products under the conditions of API 5CT, API 6A API 16A and API 7
